A review of what I did this week:
Monday-posted Project Optimism; worked on Mike’s scrapbook and wrote the post for Tuesday; made Lebanese Meat Pies for dinner and took pictures for blog
Tuesday– posted Paper Cuts; wrote garden post for Wednesday; worked on mug rugs for quilt show; made Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars and Double Delicious Halloween Bars (I may do a post about them if I have time.)
Thursday-made Rice Krispies Treats in morning; posted to Loose Threads; went to quilt club; finished RAD post and posted it; made potato salad and had in-laws over for dinner
Friday-posted RAD; write and post Refocus Friday; plan out schedule for next week; organize lists for shopping; tonight-shopping for groceries and other supplies that I will need for next week
It’s been a very busy and a very productive week for me even though I haven’t strictly adhered to my original schedule. I have gotten a lot more accomplished than I thought I could just by forcing myself to stay busy and organized. I didn’t list all my personal chores and other parts of my daily routine, but most of them got done which is more than any other week I’ve had in recent history. So, I’m very satisfied and hopefully, next week will be even better!
Let’s take a little sneak peak at next week:
My recipes from Mom’s Recipe Box are: Christmas Cookies, Southern Fried Chicken, Crazy Crust Pizza, Danish Butter Cookies, Monterey Jack Beef Rolls, Dead Bird Dip, and Homemade Sweet and Sour Sauce (Not necessarily in that order)
Other posts include more from Mike’s scrapbook, a comparison of each of my sewing machines, a greenhouse update and more.
Looking forward to a relaxing weekend of cooking and baking and only one post a day! Ha!
